Andrew has devoted the lions share of his career to ensuring the delivery of critical mental health services across a variety of mediums, from full hospitalization down the continuum of care to outpatient and after care services. His unique ability to bridge both clinical and the business side of mental health delivery has resulted in a model for successful private sector initiatives that streamline delivery of quality clinical services in a manner is resource neutral, which, in the era of an overburdened health care system, is critically important.
Andrew’s latest project, White Rabbit Partners, delivers addiction treatment with a focus on a medical model which addresses underlying psychiatric issues, which if not addressed, makes long term success for the client difficult if not impossible. By blending a medical focus with traditional 12-step philosophies as well as Eastern methods, clients receive treatment which takes in to account their individual strengths and weaknesses, and addresses core needs that are often unmet under other models of treatment.
After his training in Social Work, it became clear to Andrew that the critical missing factor in mental health delivery was lack of access to capital, so completely self taught, he went about learning how to access capital, while also studying for a Masters in Hospital Administration and started Paradym Health Systems, Inc. which grew to over 200 managed beds over five years throughout the gulf south. After the sale of Paradym, Andrew spent the next several years in entertainment financing, arranging over $500 million dollars in equity and senior debt through private equity and institutional financing providers.
